Nine20 ("we") respects your privacy when providing the Saju Chronicles app and web service. This policy explains what information the service processes and why.
Information we process
- Birth date, birth time, gender, and birth country/region/city entered by the user
- Profile name and Saju input data saved locally when the save feature is used
- Firebase Analytics events such as app start, screen flow, completed Saju calculation, and glossary opens
- Firebase Crashlytics data such as app version, device information, error logs, and crash data
- Google AdMob data that may include advertising identifiers, ad impressions/views, device, and network information
How we use information
- To calculate and display Saju and fortune content
- To manage profiles saved by the user
- To improve service quality, analyze feature usage, and diagnose errors
- To provide ads, prevent abuse, and keep the service stable
Retention
- Profiles saved on the device remain until the user deletes them or clears app data.
- Unless we later add a server-side account or sync feature, Saju input data is processed on the user's device.
- Data processed by Firebase Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics, and Google AdMob follows each provider's retention policy.
Third-party services
Saju Chronicles may use Google Firebase Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics, and Google AdMob for analytics, diagnostics, and advertising. Some data may be processed outside your country depending on Google's policies and server locations.
Protection of personal inputs
Birth date, birth time, and birthplace can feel sensitive to users. Saju Chronicles uses those inputs only to provide Saju calculation and saved profile features. Analytics events do not include birth date, birth time, exact city name, or name.
Your choices
You can delete saved profiles in the app. For privacy questions or requests, contact us at the address below.
Children
Saju Chronicles is not directed to children under 14. Children under 14 should use the service only with consent from a parent or guardian.
